Awhile back I posted the initial photos we received of our Mumbai apartment. If you’ll remember, it was pretty dang barren and the lighting wasn’t great (although, don’t get me wrong, I was very appreciative to get any photos at all in advance). But, given that, I thought you might like to see what the place looks like with our oh-so-beautiful government-issued furniture. I don’t have the bedrooms photographed yet, so all you get is the common spaces. But that will be a nice start. Won’t it be fun to look at before and after pictures in a few months after I’ve added a little paint and our personal effects??
So, without further ado, let’s do this.
If you were visiting, you’d walk in the door and see this:
Once you turn the corner, this is your view:
If you kept walking, you’d come to the main living/dining area.
Turn to the right and you’d see the full living room area.
Turn to the left and you’d see the dining room:
Go through that door on the left of the dining room and you’ll find yourself in the kitchen.
After exiting the kitchen, pass through the dining room and head towards the bedroom area.
Unfortunately that’s where our tour ends folks. Hopefully I’ll get around to cleaning and photographing the bedrooms so I can give you a complete tour. This should whet your whistle a bit though. As you can see . . . . it’s very spacious, very white and very marble-y. It’s quite lovely but definitely in need of some personalization.
